• Driver Identification: Aadhaar, DL, PAN, RC, and insurance (to verify eligibility).
• Location Data:
  • Passengers: Precise location during ride booking and active trips.
  • Drivers: Precise location data (including in the background when the app is closed) while the Driver status is "Online" to enable ride discovery and safety tracking.
• Transaction: Ride history, amounts, and timestamps.

Matching users, safety (SOS/tracking), payments/withdrawals, and customer support.

3. Information Sharing

No selling of data. We share only with the matched party (Driver sees Passenger name; Passenger sees Driver/Vehicle info), service providers (Google Maps/AWS), and for legal requirements.

4. Your Choices and Controls

• Location: Can be disabled in settings, but app will not function.

5. Data Security & Retention

We use SSL/TLS encryption. We retain data as long as the account is active or as required by Indian tax/legal laws.
